Kind off disappointed in myself on Friday the weight drop was a lot more, the weekend came I was really strong didn't give in to the chips cravings but I guess even making healthy choices and snacking on a lot of healthy stuff will also make the scale go up unless its water. anyway as I said not really the weight loss this time but more the muscles to be gained, but still the scale can F#$% the mind up.
