For the first time by my best guess in 25+ years, my scale starts with the first two numbers on the left 17_!

EDIT: Issue with the photo site so inserted this thumbnail which is working. Also brunch is served. Eggs, chicken and cheyote. Yummy!

Sorry I just was going back in time as I listen to the Dave Clark Five's "Glad all over" on my phone through Sennheiser cans, where was I? Oh yeah, on meeting the goal at long last.

Changing it, that's the ticket. Why stop now? I do think the 17_ range is a good fit but now I will strive for the middle, so that when I walk into the clinic for the lab and then a week later for the "big talk" with my physician, I can just empty my pockets of the big keyring blah blah and their scale will show a 50+ pound weight loss. For some reason, I really want that scale to show that. Then the doc will know that this time I really listened to him. He is a real nice guy and this is a way to show that I respected his opinion and acted on it.

Think I will stop here, edits coming later so stop back in, and listen to Nilsson singing "Everybody's talkin'" the theme song from Midnight Cowboy. "I won't let you leave my love behind."
EDIT: rode exercycle for 33 minutes, 5.5 miles and 228.1 calories burned.
Tonight on lunch break will most likely go to Alberto's for something quick and filling and unlikely to spike my sugar, as I did last night. So yes, my weight may drop again by morning.

EDIT: Sneak preview to the ebook which I just started. This from the introduction:
"
I walked into his office that day morbidly obese, carrying 230 pounds on my 5'10” frame. I loved sweets! I was lazy! I loved to eat! I didn't exercise! Deep down, I thought that I could continue doing this forever."

Boy my attitude sure has changed since then!

Enjoy your Sunday.
