I was a little bad this week (pizza on Friday and a burger on Saturday--and a few sips of my fiance's milkshake), but I wasn't that bad, so I am surprised that I gained any weight. I am even weighing myself a day early (as I am leaving town for Thanksgiving and will miss my normal weigh-in day). Well, at least it isn't very much. 0.2 is probably not a measure that stands up over time. Maybe if I weighed myself in another hour, I would be back down to 185. Who knows?
I just hope that I can behave myself over the Thanksgiving holiday. I might not lose any weight, but I really don't want to gain any!

That tiny amount doesn't even count, lol. You could have had too much sodium yesterday. Don't sweat it, enjoy your Thanksgiving, get in some exercise and you will be fine.

Thanks. It's nice to hear that. I think even though it's silly, it's easy to get caught up even in these small "gains."
