well, 24 days of the last month I was on business trips, up a pound. Good to be home. Disappointed in results, I worked very hard to stay on track and exercised like crazy. Sometimes I feel weeks of hard work can be undone so quickly.
62.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
