So I have put on weight. I have no excuse but myself. So I am starting a new 3 month work out program starting tomorrow. I use to be 237 and I use to be 386. I would rather be 237. So I decided to set some goals for myself. I am starting on sep 20. So I hope to lose 30 pounds by Dec 30, Be able to run 3.2 miles on the treadmill, and be able to do 100 push up.
137.4 kg Lost so far: 37.6 kg.    Still to go: 46.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week
