Lost 2lbs in 8days. Its hard to keep my calorie intake under 1000 per day but my hunger sensation has definitely gone down so its getting easier. 4.29miles today on the elliptical/stepper machine. Burned 485calories. Back at it again tomorrow!
61.7 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
