In every spare hour I've been getting my house ready for renos. Starting today the painters are in so last week I was removing wallpaper, baseboards, etc. Next week I'm replacing my carpet with wood. So this week is getting my stairs bare. There are a million staples to remove just like those million of nails in those baseboards. It's kind of a nice break to be a work today. My hands & body need a break. My legs are covered with bruises. I may get a few looks at the gym. I'm going to try to make time at lunch to go.
I don't know why I said I've been eating "Reasonably Well". All weekend I kept looking for something to eat versus pulling out another nail. But on the plus side with all this physical work I lost some weight. I also did better on drinking water. But a step backwards on improving my sleeping.

that's the thing with physical work. it's painful, you get bruises and your muscles ache, but there is usually a good surprise on the scale... great job! are you going to track BF and BW once a week? Have a good week, stick to your plan!
