In the past few months, I had gained back 5 pounds and had not been following the WW plan very well... lots of Halloween candy got me pretty sidetracked. BUT I have continued to go to the WW meetings and I haven't missed a week!! It has kept weight loss in the back of my mind, and I am finally back on track. This past week I lost 2.4 pounds at the meeting and was THRILLED. I am now trying to gain as many activity points as I can and really try to integrate exercise back into my life. I may be busy being a mom and a student, but it is not going to stop me from taking some time to devote to myself!!! Off to take a 5-mile walk and then go shopping with my mother. Yay, I am feeling GREAT. :) PS. I am going on vacation this Wednesday for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend and want to keep on plan, record everything that I eat, and do really well!! (Despite being on vacation!!! hehe!) :)
