loving being on 5:2 diet, gym twice a week and yoga once a week. Its been a great lifestyle change, feeling great, energetic like a new person. My current goal is to be in a size 16 frock by November in time for my cousins wedding! (currently in 18 clothes)
87.4 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 17.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
