Week one of T"% complete, healthy diet followed :)
Another 1lb off and an inch off the waist!!
It has been a good week:)
Lets hope it's more than 1st week enthusiasm....I am so happy with myself right now I am buzzing to see the results after week 2....that is all the motivation i nedd right now :)
P.S top tip - I fb messaged to tell everyone I was having a month of being good to myself and to not be upset that I would be refusing all invitaions to social events, and please notto be upset or offended. They all understood - my willpower is Zero once I am out and i now have a guilt free month just to concentrate on T25 and diet....as you can see - it is going well :)
78.0 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
