It was important to me that I show some drop in my weight this morning and it happened. Maybe just 2/10 of a pound but I will take it. This is my first day of the work week so most likely I will be eating less.
Yesterday I bought a jar of Laura Scudder's Natural Peanut Butter and it sure is different. Says unsalted but it also is unsweetened. There definitely is a plainer taste than the Skippy that I have been eating. Hopefully I will learn to like it more. From a pre diabetic standpoint, the LS p.b. is the best way to go.
Back to my old ways, small Wendy's chili and just had a fish taco for dinner. Pretty sure I will be lower in the morning.
