Thanks guys! I honestly couldn't have done it without ur support. @YOO2 I usually fast on Mondays and Thursdays that's working for me coz I tend to eat more on weekends and to fast mondays I give my body the detox it needs after that slice of cake or that yummy puddings. I'm not working out at the moment will start again maybe in a week or 2 I just want my body to get use to the fasting.
But I love it, what surprise me is that I'm not even hungry after my fast days I have to force myself to eat.
