So everyday I seem to be losing 3-4 lbs. I weigh in the morning after I wake and use the restroom. I don't know if I can trust this weight loss, but I wonder if I was so heavy that just the fewer calories and carbs are helping me lose weight really fast and at what point will I plateau?

Yes, lower carb pushes water out of cells so we lose quicker. Plus lower calories and being new to a plan can make us start off with quicker weight loss. It will eventually slow down. I wouldn't worry about a plateau. It might never happen. If it does, you push through it. I'll sometimes stay the same for a week and then have a good drop. Just keep going.

Indeed. Just keep going. The numbers on the scale have held steady for me a couple of weeks now. But I am losing inches and that matters most to me right now. Well done and congratulations about the weight loss!
