after three days of protein shakes for two meals and then regular p2 food for dinner, today I'm supposed to be starting back on normal p2 eating. but I'm supposed to go to my friends to swim so I think... I don't know what I'm goig to do. I really don't want to ruin the progress I've made with the 9ish pounds I've lost this week. 274 to start, 265 now.
I need to take progress pics now that I finally made it to 265 but maybe I'll wait for 260 or 255. I'm just glad the numbers are going the right direction again. yesterday was like the most stressful day of my life and I stuck with it and didn't cave to emotional eating and I'm pretty proud of that. pizza was sounding really good haha. now today my son is being a nightmare and I'm losing my mind.
I think I finally got the neighbors evicted fingers crossed. I saw them moving shit out of the house but the truck left and they're still here so we'll see. it will be so nice to have our neighborhood neighborhood community back and everyone can stop hiding in their homes because of these people who've alienated all of us.
120.3 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg.    Still to go: 61.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
