day 3. worked out 3 days. had1000 calories or less each day and i gained 1 lb. ugh.
62.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Google "why the scale lies" for some insight in to water weight gain. You know it's not fat, so it most likely likely water weight which is temporary. It could be from muscles retaining water (sore muscles), sodium, or many other factors. Just stick with it and you will see the scale move downward. Consistency is important in weight loss.
