Keep on trying, Regina. You have to be strong and avoid those carbs. Are you exercising at all? That helps to regulate appetite too. If you're currently not doing anything at all, try doing just a 15-minute walk every day, but really every day, no excuses. You'll be surprised what a difference it makes. Good luck!
