9st 5 (miraculously stayed the same at WW!) Lucky I'm not one to let my home weigh in from last Sun put me off going to WW! I might pay for it next week tho as I haven't been much better behaved since getting home:( But I'm glad to see some of the holiday gain straight off, I think you must have been right Suzy and some of it was water. And I'm very pleased and proud to report that today Bethany and I completed the Bounts #couchto50k cycling challenge with a 32 mile ride along the coast as the sun went down, and celebrated after with a chocolate milk, which I've read is the perfect post workout drink, hurrah!
