Last night had 2 hardboiled eggs for dinner. When I got home did the peanut butter and milk thing and went straight to bed. Got up with the chickens of course.
Plan to get back on the exercise bike today after skipping it yesterday.
Been thinking about that BMI calculator and will shoot for 180 pounds as the new weight target, or about 50 lbs lost since 4/15/15 and my "pre diabetes" diagnosis. Hoping to hit that by the time of my next DR visit, in October.
