not sure if you know this I just found outmyself,, but if you have your weight and measurements you can submit online and get your %,, just google" Body Fat % " and a calculator will come up .

@Tamarah Jo, I already get my body fat tracked on my bodybuilding.com account. I just use this site mainly to track my food. I get my body fat measured at my nutritionist appointments. I was just making that statement as a fact based one.
