Dropped the water weight as I expected.


As an experiment, I had the peanut butter and milk(none last night)this morning and will test my blood sugar to find out how it affects it.
Surprised that I haven't thought to do this months ago. Will post them here as an edit.
Edit: 50 minutes after eating-126, 1 hour 25 minutes after eating-115. Fasting level before eating was 108 so it seems that the lactose in the milk really doesn't spike my blood sugar.

By the way, yesterday I tried on slacks with a waist size of 34 and to my delight they fit me.



So I have dropped 4 inches from my waist size since starting down this road.
86.7 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 7.0 kg a Week
