Did not do as well as i wanted to do.
113.6 kg Lost so far: 61.5 kg.    Still to go: 23.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

hey Castlegull what diet are you following? I am doing the herbalife shake plan and its working well. it doesnt seem painful at all.
