Last ice cream binge was 7/21. Just did my 3rd grocery run since without bringing home pure junk. Temptation has been a bear. Yesterday I even stopped and allowed myself to drool in front of the ice cream coolers. So disgusted after seeing the meat prices. Sweltering Summer. Would have been simple to grab my comfort food. After 18 months, finally feeling like my head is on straight and even more importantly, my desire to lose is back.
