Wow, all my hard work has paid off but I have no idea how I have managed to lose so much in such a short time. I know I won't have the same results next week so mustn't be disappointed but keep at it. I do feel hungry a lot of the time but I also feel better in myself if that makes any sense. Hopefully next week will be a good week too 😊
