alright, back on the wagon. I was supposed to start 3 weeks ago but I got TOM, then I got a helluva flu, then for the third week I was just lazy.
but I stayed around LIW and now I'm ready. kind of kicking myself because I could be 15# lighter right now, but that's OK I'll just adjust my goals. 4 months until Christmas. I'm on until mid October right now so that's about 25# as a goal, then another 15-20 or so by Christmas, puts my end of year goal at 220ish. 20# above original goal, but anything going down is fine with me as long as its leaving and I'm not gaining lol. holidays are going the be the hardest... I love mashed potatoes....
122.4 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 63.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
