My eating has been cruddy, but my activity level is good. Been having problems with GERD I think and my lower carb foods arent always good for that sort of thing, so my diet has been sporadic. Been walking about 3km/day though.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

Hmm. I found just the opposite. I had IBS/GERD for years and when I went low carb it cleared up pretty quick. I went low carb after reading a series of articles by http://chriskresser. com/ heartburn (take out the spaces, FS doesn't like links in comments in case they are spam) and in the past year and a half of low carb eating I have gone from 3-4 days a week of stomach ache to the occasional "maybe I ate something bad" a couple times a year.

Hi Rowanfair - for you maybe taking out the carbs also reduced the gluten, which in turn may have improved your IBS/GERD symptoms. For me, it is the fried eggs, meats, and other such things that I was worried may exasperate possible GERD. Thanks for your comment!
