I was concerned about going back to 190 so cut back on food yesterday.
Other than coffee, all I had for the day was a large Wendy's chili and a fish taco from Alberto's with extra lettuce. They actually gave me a fist sized portion of lettuce. Before bed, I did my usual routine of peanut butter and milk.
Will try to stay under 190 from now on and will not be focused on a lower target weight. As of now, I have lost 41 pounds since the doctor visit and 'the talk" about diabetes.
