From July 16th to August 18th, lost 9.2 lbs. Thank you Jonathan for the scale so I can monitor my weight loss. You know it was imperative for my heart that I lost those extra pounds. Again thank you dear grandson xoxoxo

I ate and I'm full. I also drank 3 cups of water and by tonight my 4th. I'm not meeting my calorie goal today. Is it bad for my health if I don't meet calories per day as recommended ?
