That is the way I felt when I started my journey in 2017. Thankfully, my wife has been a major support through all of this, and we are committed to having a healthier life. Keep moving forward with your positive mind set. You got this !!

You can do this! One foot in front of the other every day and it will happen! Be diligent and firm and what works best for you!💜

What helped me most was breaking it down to a day. Because that's how we should all live anyway. It just made it easier for me. I didn't think at the beginning I'd lose 131 lbs. That would've been to daunting of a task. I just got better all along the way at taking it one day at a time. If I can win the day and then try again the next day. You don't always win... but you can never completely lose. If you continue to get up and try again tomorrow. After a while there's more good days and far fewer bad ones. That's what consistency looks like over time. Sorry for the rant... you can do this. You've done it before and can do it again. Good fortune to you moving forward.

Glad you made the decision. No point waiting until the “barn door slams and locks”, when it is too lake to regain your health.

Right there with you, pal. What’s keeping me honest and on track is daily blood sugar tests and daily weigh-ins. It’s a constant reminder that even if calorie counting and exercise is time-consuming, at least it’s not hypertension, diabetes, or joint pain. Like Joe Not Exotic said, try small goals. You can do it!

Keep going! It's a lifestyle change! That's the hardest part. changing your life, your eating habits! Once you can master that, the pounds her belly will start falling off, but you have to log your food! If you're not loggin lg food religiously and trying to "eyeball" because you think you know, you're wrong 🤣. I have the most success, even when I fall off the wagon when I log my meals so I'm going to take my own advice and log these dang fries 🤣🤣. I know I'm over calories for the day so thought I'd just not log them but here it goes🤪

I can sympathize with you I'm in the same boat you are. I was told it's not so much about diet & exercise, stress & lack of sleep play a role in how we eat and shed pounds too. Just take 1 day at a time...you're determined so you can now start again.
