Yay, I actually lost a pound. I haven't been keeping as strictly to my calorie limit. I figured it was bound to happen. but I overheard my patient's family members discussing myelograms, blood patches & spinal headaches. A gentle reminder. I should not cheat on this eating plan because I should not cheat myself of the potential for better health. I don't need to be cheated by myself. I know I've been careless about what I eat/qty and I feel guilty about it. I don't want to be ignorant & check my app all the time around others. I already feel kind of day, and I don't look forward to how I'll probably balloon up as a delayed response to the recent overeating. I have to remember my goals: not to be thin, not to be attractive, not to feel thinner, but to follow a healthy lifestyle that is disciplined and grateful for all I have. To crave spiritual nourishment and to carr for my body, to learn what enough is, and to be satisfied, grateful, and joyful in it.
