When I looked at the scale this morning, I didn't believe it. So I have weighed myself about 5 times and it was 3 times 189.6 and twice 190 so I am going with the latter.
Almost forgot, here is the obligatory weigh in pic:
Yesterday my girlfriend had surgery and didn't ccook for me. So I had to fend for myself. I also drank a lot of coffee and caffeine does depress my appetite.
This is what I had for breakfast from McDonald's- note how much they "shortcupped" me:
Per McD's the oatmeal has 290 calories so I grabbed it, taste was good but it was lukewarm(already filled out the online survey telling on that store) and just now I discovered it has about 32 grams of sugar, say what? I would have been better off seriously with an Egg McMuffin which only has 3 grams of sugar and only 10 more calories!
After leaving the hospital, I stopped by the Carls Jr drive thru and get their big charbroiled chicken salad, a tasty and very filling salad with around 440 calories per my memory.
I think the reason for the weight loss yesterday is now a little clearer.
