My new food that I really enjoy is 2min noodles with veggies and chicken..it looks like u eating a huge portion. Happy with my loss this week. My water and fibre intake has increased ...just to get my self to get more movement in.
88.1 kg Lost so far: 30.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
