운동하고 와서 늦게 잠 (2시~9시)
새벽에 가방 떨어진 뒤로 얕은 잠 잔 느낌
중간에 더워서 깸
64.5 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
