Oh my! How did this happen? 😳 I feel stupid, starting to get back on track and now heavier than I have been in a long time. I have PCOS so I usually struggle a bit more to loose, but I especially struggled after I stopped breastfeeding, I just kept eating and eating but I need to get back on the bandwagon. We're planning on another pregnancy hopefully by the end of the year so I hope to be the healthiest I can by then.
102 kg Lost so far: 13 kg.    Still to go: 35 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
