Weight has been fluctuating within the past month, but appears that it has somewhat stabilized. But I'm still 15 lbs off my target....so I guess it's time to be more aware of the dieting and exercise.
91.5 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
