這週開始少吃便利商店的東西 (還是可以吃兩天沙拉+雞胸肉) 觀察體重一陣子看看,找到能繼續瘦下去的方式 多喝豆漿或牛奶攝取蛋白質 這週也少運動一天,下週要回歸運動三天&飲食控制了!!!
