weighed myself yesterday and ive lost two pounds since monday. yay! even though i went to the movies wednesday, and got a small popcorn (no butter!), and i ate sushi yesterday. sushi is a weakness but i was good yesterday. we went to a new place and i ordered miso, soy beans, and a side salad to fill up, then ate a california roll and a crunchy hand roll. not bad. we walked four miles before eating, so that helped too. weighed myself this morning and i didnt do any damage.
i cant wait til my sis gets her house back and moves out. she has a gym i can use lol. i also want to see if i can keep my bike at her house, so i can ride it during my lunch break, since her house is sooo close to my office and school site.
someone at work today told me i looked thinner. hmm i wonder if its because im wearing contacts, and i usually wear my glasses.
i have 4 bday parties this weekend. tonights party is an early thanksgiving party. the bday cake for tomorrow is a dairy queen blizzard cake. omg. im doomed! lol. im going to force myself to walk on sunday.
