♡ have definitely not been motivated or had the energy the last few months to get 100% back into my food and fitness routine!

♡ over the weekend though that motivation kicked back in because we're nearly 8 months into the year and its time to start

♡ to start back into it I've made a plan for daily walks when I get home, do 30 mins of home workouts with you tube fitness videos, make sure I'm eating more whole fresh, and homemade food and smaller portions, water, as much as possible each day (warm water with lemon is nice to) and sticking to this to feel and look better

♡ but most of all I'm doing this to mentally feel the best I've been in a long time and looking at other ways to find fun apart from wine and fast food, to see what its like to find fun within being away from social media, tv and just enjoying life, taking up a new hobby, reading more books, making sure to give gratitude and saying something nice to strangers as you never know what someone is going thru in their life 🙏 💜✌
