Haven't tracked food or weighed in for 2 weeks. 2 weekends ago i went camping for 4 days and ate whatever I wanted and drank like a fish and last weekend we had a festival here and i ate bad and drank for 3 days. So a loss is surprising!
July, Aug and Sept are hard for me to keep up with the weight loss with so much camping and ball tournaments and drinking. So my goal is to just not gain and maintain for the next 2 months and any loss is a bonus, and then get back on track with losing in Oct
