This has been a hard week. For no apparent reason I went back up to 76.6 and just below and stayed there until this morning when I dropped back into the '75's'. I guess it's just a glitch but when I am are trying so hard and nothing is happening I tend to get a bit despondent and down, especially when I'm feeling ravenous and my husband is having so little food because he has no appetite. Still no point in moaning we have both lost weigh and long may it carry on. Happy weekend everyone
