I find myself eating fewer and fewer carbs. I know this is not good but I don't realize it until the end of the day.I was up a lb. this morning. I have had some wine this past week but no a lot. This was my 4th week, so I thought I could have a little wine. I guess not. I have got to eat more carbs. Hope everyone is doing good on their diets. Thanks for everyone being there for me.
Has anyone heard of the Basic Fat Burning Soup ? It has mostly veges. and some V-8 juice. I wonder if we can have it. I want to try it but I don't know the carb count in each bowl. It can't be a lot. It came from
Sacred Heart Memorial Hospital. I don't know where that hospital is. Let me HEAR!!

ive heardof it but dont know the carb count either just go to the site and it should tell you love shelly.

If you drink alcohol your body will burn that before burning fat. If you're still in Induction, I don't believe we can drink V-8 juice. Try eating some nuts to up your carb intake.
