Have went up and down!!! Lots of stress since 06-13-15. Both vehicles down - repairs. Fridge died - had to replace. Lots of minor things going wrong. Just couldn't deal - didn't stick to diet / meds. Both kids birthdays! Little Man at Thomas Train & Camo Chick at Kings Island for 2 days!! Plus 4th of July & then Family in from Florida!! All the fun and bad foods makes it really hard to stick to diet!!! A couple weeks ago I was back up to 254. I'm happy to say that I have been back on track for almost 2 weeks now and I am now back down to 245 & sticking to diet / meds! Note: Its "that time" so I'm carrying a little water weight & loving that I'm staying strong & not cheating as I often due at "that time". I'm starting fresh in a really good place!! Feeling happy & healthy!! :)
The key!! I have finally figured out that as long as I pre-plan and pack my food for entire day (snacks included) I can meet my food goals like a rock star!!! When I let this crazy hectic life get the best of me & I don't come prepared, then its over!!! If I'm stuck to relying on vending machines and fast food restaurants - I'm setting myself up for failure!! The key for me is to make myself a priority & pre-plan my meals for the day!!! I do not preplan dinner - I make a sensible dinner & eat approriate portions!! I am able to control myself for dinner & limit snacks once I get home! Its at work that I have the issues! It feels great to have pinpointed a huge stumbling block and even better... I have the power to control it!! :)
