I'm very happy with another loss 😊 it has been hard work but I am feeling good, physically and mentally. I feel my movements are very slightly more fluid and I am so pleased. I have found that my movements and gait have become more stiff and robot like with my fibromyalgia and I feel very self conscious when I am out in public. My husband continues to lose weight and is feeling better too. I'm so proud of the way he is approaching his weight loss this time, he's very committed and enthusiastic, of course it helps if you don't have any appetite 😉 I'm ready to face a new week in a very positive way. Hopefully everyone else is having a good week🤗
