did 1/2 a greek yogurt day 8oz with blueberries and 8oz with strawberries then had a chicken salad at oregano's
91.3 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 32.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week
