Ok here's to starting over, I currently am doing physical therapy for my knee finally, I also have to get ahold of my dr and see if he can get me an appointment with the nutritionist again, I want to do better and feel better,I also have picked up many hours of working so I Can afford more but yet at the same time I want to do workouts to increase my strength and lose the weight. I did find out i lost weight from 298 to 285 within a months time, so that's a plus.
This week's goal: Continue my physical therapy Cut back on my eating/eat healthier, Get my steps in every day Drink more water Do a minimum of 15 minutes per day household chores or decluttering Possibly find a gym to go to once or twice a week.
