The Vacation from 18-26 July brought about a five lb gain but have trimmed back down to maintenance weight pretty quickly --- Daughter visiting from China this month (college student) and so will be eating a bit less regimented -- then a ten day trip to Hawaii in early Sept. This should be interesting.
