Walked 3.1 miles; no math errors today! Doggies trotted along for just .7, as the UGH Index was a solid 9.
Pool felt fantastic! I'm even adding a few lunges and hip stretches to my bat-wing/underarm exercises. Being able to do them in the pool makes all the difference, as I doubt I could do some of these on land.
I won't be walking tomorrow as I have another earlier AM church commitment.
