picked up 800g :( hate mondays
77.4 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The struggle is real my dear, I am afraid to get onto the scale. I can feel Ive gained 2kg. I will be going to gym during lunch everyday this week. Lets remain positive "train dirty and eat clean":-)
