~ * Happy Saturday! * ~

This old body of mine never ceases to amaze me!! I can't pinpoint the exact reason for this non-scale victory but I'm reaping the reward 100% . This is the 2nd time in 8 days that it has rained and I have experienced virtually no edema....a 1/2 pound of weight gain overnight compared to a 3 pound gain 2 weeks ago - HOW??

I know that berries have anti-inflammatory properties but seriously - can a 1/2 cup daily on my oatmeal account for such a drastic reduction of inflammation??
OR is it that I have almost eliminated dairy from my daily consumption...I still have cream in my coffee, mind you, I have also been gradually reducing my caffeine intake which accounts for the daily headaches until my body adjusts to to the withdrawl symptoms.
OR is it the elimination of the whey protein powder? I do miss having the energy that the whey protein powder provided and it's only been 5 days since my last intake. 🤔

I'm stumped because I would like to continue this 'anti-infammatory trend' but at the same time delighted with this small victory!! 🤗

@Nadja You know @Val_lily is right keep doing what you’re doing. You are doing great job although you check your weight very often don’t get frustrated for ups and downs and journeys are supposed to be like that if it’s straight then it’s boring let it be a challenge and let’s fight the enemy and we are all in this together and don’t be frustrated check the weekly and monthly average that’s your body weight not those ups and downs in scale sometimes it’s because of water, sometimes it’s because of sodium whatsoever they are temporary we can’t explain what’s going on inside right? So keep doing what you are doing You should know you are doing great job on your weight loss journey 😇
