Decided not to exercise on the bike yesterday, since I ended up going to Home Depot and walking around the store for a long time. My Fitbit had me at more minutes of cardio than I usually get biking soooo.... Sunday is the relax day, then it's back to cycling on Monday. Monday I will bike for 5+ miles instead of the usual 4 that I did all last week, but starting at a lower resistance.

Tuesday: 17:28mins, 6res
Wednesday: 16:35mins, 6res
Thursday: 17:47mins, 7res
Friday: 17:00mins, 7res
120.8 kg Lost so far: 83.3 kg.    Still to go: 52.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
