體重52.9,➕️0.6kg
體脂29.0,➖️1.1%
體重增加了,可能是這週有吃一餐麥當勞&週五晚上吃港式公仔麵。
但是體脂有降低很多❤️‍🔥體態也有變好看!
可能是肌肉增加,體重才上升,不用想太多
下週繼續照著目前的步調,一週兩次有氧、飲食吃減脂比例&達到熱量赤字、多吃蛋白質~🧜‍♀️
